Do you offer any warranty on your furniture?
Yes, all furniture pieces come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues, and depending on the piece that can be extended to either three years, or seven. On mattresses the included warranty options are five, ten, or fifteen years depending on manufacturer.
Can I request a furniture piece that isn't in your showroom?
Absolutely! We can order any furniture that is in out website and advertising even those pieces not on display.
How long does it typically take to receive a piece?
If readily in stock the shipping process typically takes 1-6 days, occasionally specific pieces will have a longer waiting time
Can I order furniture before closing on a new home?
Yes! Depending on your circumstances, there are a few different options. The most popular is to reserve the pricing and on your selected pieces with a deposit until the closing is finalized. For individuals with extra funds on hand a full payment allows for reserving both the price, and the delivery date.
Is there a charge for the in-home consultation service
